Customer Service FAQs


1. How do I schedule an appointment? How do I change an appointment?
There are a number of ways to schedule an appointment at Windhawk.

  • Best option: Call 480-603-1888 to schedule.
  • Email customerservice@windhawk.com to schedule. Although this method can be used, your email may be filtered into our Spam folder. Delays may occur.

If possible, book multiple appointments in advance.

2. Is there a cancellation fee?
Please be courteous to other patrons and contact our office immediately if you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment. We request that you notify us 24 hours in advanced. Missed or cancelled appointments that are not given proper notice are subject to payment at the full retail value. Thank you for your understanding.

3. What is the return policy for products?

  • Books: Unfortunately, books may not be returned.
  • DVDs, VHS tapes, CD audio discs: return unopened within 30 days to receive a full refund.
  • Supplements, food items and general merchandise: return (opened or unopened) within 30 days for a full refund.
  • Products received as part of a Membership Plan are non-refundable. These items have been added as a bonus feature to the Plan.
  • Juicers and other special order merchandise: return unopened, unused for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee and any special costs associated with the ordering of the product (i.e. extra shipping or other fees occurring outside the normal ordering of the product).
    Please note that any purchases made by check may take up to 14 days to refund.

4. What is the return policy for Membership Plans?
Due to unforeseen events (i.e. immediate relocation), there may be a time when you may request a refund for the unused portion of your Membership Plan. Please submit this request in writing.
Receiving a refund will nullify the benefits of the Membership Plan and convert the costs of the services used into retail pricing. Windhawk will issue a refund if the total retail cost of the services used is less than the cost paid for the Plan.
This policy is only applicable to active plans.

5. Are there discounts off products?
Yes. As a current Windhawk member you receive 10% - 15% off products depending upon which membership you have.

6. Are there discounts off services?
Yes. A Windhawk Membership Plan significantly discounts the services within the package. Also, as a current Windhawk member you receive 10% - 20% off any services not included in your package.

7. Do I need to be a member to enjoy Windhawk services and products?
No. Windhawk services are available to everyone. Members refer to individuals who purchase a monthly Membership Plan to take advantage of discounted services and products.

8. Does Windhawk accept insurance? Or is the stretching covered by insurance?
Windhawk does not work directly with insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of service. Windhawk is able to provide you with billing codes and other pertinent information to assist you in the reimbursement process. It seems that most insurance companies deny reimbursement if a Membership Plan is purchased. Speak with your insurance provider for more information on their policies.

9. How much is the stretching?
There are many ways to enjoy the stretching we specialize in. You may purchase sessions individually at a rate of $120 per hour or purchase a Windhawk Membership Plan to enjoy our discounted rates. Click here to view our Membership Plans and costs of our services.

10. Can my spouse use the other services in my membership?
Membership Plans are bundled and discounted for use by only one individual. Membership Plans are non-transferable. Although you don't have to, we encourage you to experience the other services in your Membership Plan. They were specifically designed to provide you with a combination of effective therapies at an affordable cost. Even if you choose to forego the use of your other membership items, you still have a money savings on the AIS stretching.

11. How long do I have to use my membership services before they expire?
Each membership has an expiration date one month from the date of purchase. In the case of national holidays the membership will be extended by the number of office days closed.

12. I am not going to use all these services in the plan. Can I just have another stretching session?
These plans are designed so that you save money on the stretching even if you choose not to use any of the other services. We do encourage you to take advantage of the other Windhawk services as we have bundled them together to speed your healing. Therefore, the number of stretches within your plan is already set. If you would like to enjoy additional AIS sessions within your month membership, you may purchase them at a discounted rate.

13. What if I haven't used all my membership services by the end of the one month period?
In fairness to all members, unless a significant and unexpected event arises that would not allow you to complete the usage of your services within the given time, all un-used membership services expire one month from the date of purchase. Please take the steps to schedule your services within the membership period so that you may enjoy and benefit from all that we have to offer.

14. How can I maximize the benefits of my Membership Plan?
Tips:

  • First schedule your AIS sessions, Nutritional Counseling session and Oxygen Steam Bath.
  • We generally recommend using the heat therapies (FIR sauna and O2 Steam Bath) as often as possible. They are safe to use everyday, and it is a great idea to schedule them before or after any of your stretching visits.
  • The FIR sauna and Oxygen Bar/Training services are available for you to use for an everyday during your membership month.
  • Enjoy 15-30 minutes on the treadmill while using the Oxygen Bar and then sauna or steam afterwards.
  • Here is an example of how you can maximize a Membership Plan:

15. What is the supplement product that is included in the Premium, Elite and Progressive Membership Plan?
