Whether one-on-one or in a small group setting, our general and advanced classes are challenging for everyone. Classes incorporate core and functional strength movement, and have the goal of working to alleviate pain, create right posture and strengthen core stability - quickly and efficiently. Classes are always different to extend the benefit and reach all the muscle groups. Held on a regular basis, our classes include:
- Basic Strength and Stretch - Everyone starts here. We've found that even high-caliber triathletes have specific weaknesses. This is the building block for our performance class.
- Performance - This class is a serious fitness builder for people who are physically and mentally ready to change. Take your performance to the next level.
